I didn't understand your post, but I think your antivirus deleted kidsock.dll and/or ZylonShield.protect.
Those are 2 files in the BC folder which are shown as virus by my antivirus for example.
If your antivirus blocks or deletes them you cannot start the game.
Therefore you really should turn your antivirus off and reinstall the game.
Then it should work.

Umm, can you maybe post a screenshot of what happens, or perhaps explain it a little better.

Example:

I run the launcher, press start, nothing happens, and the launcher closes.

I run the launcher, press start, black screen appears with error message "Bout.dat needs to close...", then client crashes.

I run the launcher, press start, "You are missing files.  Please run the updater".

Which one of those is the issue, or create something similar like I did above with screen shot, so I will be able to address your issue properly.

god ur dumb. For it to say that, he would of had to started the game, to start the game you have to run the updater.

you have to install the 2 downloads i just posted in order to fix your problem.
