Both of them are needed in order for this game to work.
Kenny is more diligent in helping others in an openly manner while Allie helps out behind the scene with calculation for the betterment of the game. (As Tricky have pointed out, she balance stuff buh in a nedd-ta-be-mean&bitchy type-a- way.)

In a sense, most would favor Santa more as they see him do the work, so I'll be going with that and vote for him.
