Can someone explain to me how to use pentool?  I get the idea of how to make the line for the pentool but how do I make it glow??? Someone told me to just blur it but it didn't have the same effect as I see other people have in theirs.

okay so get ur brush
make it look kewl in the small box preview thingy
and size a like 2-5 depending on sig
then take out ur pen tool
draw a line then right-click stroke
then choose brush and simulate pressure
then u can add effects to that line

Why is everyone using pentool like it's the most important part to a sig?

If you wanna know, I did it in my vid but if you wanna know now:

1. Make your lines.
2. Make a new layer
3: Adda style on that layer. -Outer glow, any colour.
4:On the new layer, right click IN the canvas with your mouse and stroke. Make sure pen pressure is applied

Brush settings:
For a simple one, use about 20 px soft brush with pen pressure applied.
