That item is not added to the game, thus meaning they replaced an existing one creating hiddenware

edit: well this was a waste of time. turns out they are monsters on tbots. all he did was replace trans files

like 70% sure they were viruses but for some reason they're patches armor now ._.

anyways I checked announcements and updates (roughly skimmed them without translator) and doesn't look like anything new has been added
