This already got rejected before. It will just unbalance the game. Since people already got trouble getting +7.
Imagine people with +10 against people with +4. The stats of the +10 set will be too OP. The speed will be like Kyura the Wind God.
What's the benefit? There could be working on many  things, but this is not one of them.

There is no way such a stupid suggestion would go through, no offence.
+7 is hard to get, just imagine how hard a +8, +9 or even +10 would be.
People are far to lazy to collect and combine so much.
You would have to collect like +500 +5'...
