Guys, can someone help me to make me a nice avatar and a signature?

I want to know to how to make a avatar and signatures. Give me a short explanation to make a good one.

ok you use softwares like gimp or ps to make signatures
to use such softwares you must have atleast one hand and a brain but you dont meet all the requisites so sorry cant gfx
