Sorry for double posting: Problem solved . Removed the driver . Now i have to play from my sister`s room where the cable network is lol.
This is racism against dell drivers xD.

I would have liked to solved this issue for good if you would have installed team viewer.  But, as long as it is working fine for you know, then that's fine.
