i think they are sh*t. its just some random part with another bonus. so my suggestion is to remove the E parts and instead of that we add colour packs, this packs will make you possible to colour any part (must be +) to the colour of the pack. this means the part gets the bonusses of the ammout of + used while coloring. maybe if you made a mistake coloring or just want to upgrade your part you can just combine it but it losses the colour. ofc E parts are rare as far as i know so make the colour packs cost botstract, coins or a lot of gigas so it wont be to over rated.                  (sorry for no enters, but i can't open forums in my browser so i typed this from market ingame)

Maybe, but I think you would only be able to colour +5 - +7 items or it would be too easy to get.  Also it should be members only, just as another bonus reason to become a reason and for allie and santa to steal our money (;
