Hey guys,

I tried logging in today but was greeted by errors. After a hiatus I logged in yesterday and played for an hour. I open the launcher, get to the login screen, put in my account, press enter, and then it freezes. Hitting enter again closes the game window leaving a 'hack detected' message in its wake. It also leaves a log file open. It was working yesterday and today this happen.

I thought that maybe my antivirus was attacking the launcher.exe or something, so I disabled that and tryed again (Should probably re-enable that at some point or another). Same thing happened. I have tried repairing the client and that also did zilch. I'm not worried about the hack protection banning me because its either a false alarm or a conflicting process. Also the Banned? tab in the launcher says No, so I assume its a client side glitch.

I have seen this thread already and I'm not sure if this is caused by what is discussed in there, I just want to check his is the same glitch and to clarify I'm not the only one with the problem.

EDIT: I finally saw the application it wanted me to end however thats the Command center exe thatcontrols my computer (Alienware). I have no idea why it is listening on tcp ports but it is not malicious exe, and I dont want to end it either because I have no idea what is is doing.

Gramps

Close everything, it picks up all sorts (zylonshield i mean). Then run bc.

Okay, I ended the .exe, but at the cost of my comptuers shiny ambient lights, im not sure if its worth the pain  :'(
On another note, can we submit exceptions for zylonprotect?

Edit: without the program (AWCCServiceController.exe), my computer crashes after 40 minutes. So again, I ask for a way to make exceptions.

Santa

Hello, can you please attach the exe file that is being detected.  I will figure out what is causing it to be detected.

Thanks,
~Redeyes.
