So, I downloaded this game yesterday and made this account, but I can't get it to work. I installed the game and it patched without any problems. I got to the login screen, but whenever I try to log in the dots go back and forth endlessly. I do not have any anti-virus software installed on my pc and the firewall is disabled completely. Also, this pc has UAC disabled and repair the client/reinstalling did not work. Any help?

It's either your internet is messing up or you just need to wait a long time

It's defiantly not my internet connection. I never ever get disconnected playing any other games.

This can be one of the reason,s why u can't login
1. Your computer is special banned
2. Turn off your firewall
3.check your internet connection
4If it doenst work after contact Admin Santa for help

Forgot to say , is your boutcheetah account activated you need to do that before playing or making topics ' but still contact santa he fixed this for me to and I can login now since santa helped me hope it is working for you
