Allie doesn't respond simply because she doesn't want to. That's how she's always been and since it's her game, she isn't obligated to change any time soon. Sometimes she doesn't respond to me either but, and I apologize for putting it bluntly, you don't see me complaining. You're always free to contact any of the other staff instead - there's a reason we have so many.

True,but my sort of problem can only be fixed by an Admin.

I have spoke to Gm Yz   and Gm Gramps for help at the start they were unable to help.

When I am busy and get multiple whispers, I tend to answer some and not all, specifically those that are either extremely important or beneficial to answer.

Also, sometimes I ignore people like imag. I don't tend to ignore cool people like materger, and as gavin/nuc said, sometimes I accidentally ignore cool people like gavin/nuc.

Tedious little questions I don't always answer because I have staff that are promoted to answer questions such as that. If they can't fix it they should come to me. I never got anything from any of my staff about you; most other things that are taken to me I take care of immediately. What's the point of having staff if everyone goes to the admin anyway?

I kinda got annoyed. My problem was a simple name changing problem, I tried sending a msg on MSN Messenger. I did have in mind that you were doing a great number of things maybe another staff member should have come to you with my problem.
