that may be true but for where I live it is NEVER that bright at night!! It is normally dark!

Who knows, Maybe you're near the middle of summer, and so the clouds shift and etc, making the sun come past I guess? I don't really know :3

yeah it's cause of summer, here in hungary the sun rises at 5am, and sets at 8:30pm. i hate winter cause the sun rises at 7am, and sets at 5pm

In Canada, when it's 9:30PM, it's still pretty bright.
