Ross, i didnt have meaning u dont have  good score in your school
i just meant u have to have a concern about education
im sorry to u if u feel this is harrasment..
but many people said this games corrency is not real and we dont have to
consider about fake money..
i know this is not illegal system cause allie said this games gigas cant be traded
so theres no real in the game..
but i think many people already know many teens play this game,,
then,we should consider not only fun but effect to teens..
and many young teens may think this is real

Ross has a high concern about education. Otherwise he would have not done so good in school.  ::) Where did you get that from what Ross said?

Also this game's gigas can be traded throughout the community.

The problem is not the teens, the teens should be old enough to know about the effects of gambling, and if they don't then this is a good way to teach them.

Now about your point of that this is a bad example, explain how this would apparently brainwash teenagers minds to start gambling in real life? Anyways while Ross does support it, he will never take part of this, as Ross knows, it is not worth it. The good part about this is that we can finally get rid of some gigas.

@Dewo double posting is not against the rules, unless you consider it to  be spam.  ::)

no ,, ijust mean gigas cant be changed to real money..
and i cant agree with your opinion teens r old enough to
know about it..(i know many young teens under 13years..play this game..they r almost children)
and i think this system has enough danger to making their concept about gamble..
reconsider y all countries regulate teens buy lottery..
these  policies r not for teens never lose money in lottery
just for only educational problem..
think again y we implement regulation to teens about all aspects of life..
and i certainly sure never gonna happen teens will study about gambles danger in this system
i already said about thats problem

Dunno if it is different there, but this is how you consider a teen:

12 - twelve
13 - thirteen
14 - fourteen
15 - fifteen
19 - nineteen
20 - twenty

Thus the ages 13-19 are teens while those under 13 are children, and those above 19 are adults.

As why country's regulate it, that you can only buy tickets at 19+ (depending on place) is because generally it has to deal with real money, and that yes, they may not understand how low of a change they have to win, and just how bad gambling is. Most people think they will make money from gambling, 99% (random %, nothing official) of them do not.

Ross does understand what you mean, how how it can hurt them and educate them in the wrong way, but generally Ross considers this:

Make a mistake where is does not matter as much.

So making a mistake on gambling in a game is better than making a mistake and gambling in real life with real money. Same thing with school. Make your mistakes at school, so you will learn and not make that mistake at your job.

Now yes, this game might teach them, that in fact gambling is something good, but here is the good news, gambling in real life is illegal until 19+ (depending on place) like you said, so they will still have a long time in there future to learn about the positives and negatives of gambling if they are young.

The only possible negative for them is that they really care so much about that gigas that they spent a long time on, which will help them learn, and that if they do spend real money on that gigas.

i know wut u mean,, doing mistake in online game might teach something to teens
including gambles..i agree with your opinion..
but can teens undergo mistake (including their gigas loss)in this lottery system?
idk about how to define money to buy a ticket..
but i dont think itll be big money..(if staff makes limit price to buy,,like real lottery)
even in real lottery,,people who buy lottery ticket dont think they lost lot of money
so unless they play this game whole life,,never gonna happen they can study by mistake.

many people know lottery is another sort of gamble
teens will have fun about lotterys speculative feature

It will be like 1 mill per ticket, however you can as many as you want.

That is true though, some do feel like they don't lose that much, especially if they spend a little amount over a long amount of time.

Gambling will forever have that speculative feature, to teens and adults, as ofc there is still that slim chance to win. That is why so many partake in them.

Corr

All I know is 18+ is considered 'young adult' till 25-26. Your pre frontal cortex doesn't fully mature till 25 which means you technically still have the mind set and decision making of a young adult.

Also, CorrBoxing will have a betting system after the 1st tournament, just pointing it out there. Gonna come up with a system later.

Airilly

can buy as many as we want? that seems to make a problem.. excluding educational problem..

and Corr,,i didnt said any about young adultsthinking.
i just worry about teens thinking..
and if u r an adult u have duty to lead them to desirsble..

and ithink  independence of young adult is diffrent with our adults duty for teens

Corr

teen and young adults are the same with the exception that young adults do not care as much about certain things.

The decision making and knowledge of things is the same, you don't drastically learn something and be pro at it when you're a young adult, but you take knowledge in better when you're around 12-15. That means peeps who learned about the troubles of gambling/lottery/bunch of bullshit will know about it in detail better than those 16-20+ cause they don't care about the subject

the more complicated it gets the more likely it'll fail.

make simpler rules like lv 172 armor> etc. instead of banning certain items and what not

Corr

^ Rules aren't complicated, Fira just ****ed up on some things in the database that wasn't realized.

Because of Level raising increases dmg we had to put the HP rule.

Also, betting system is just for high rollers with lots of gigas too spend and hopefully contribute to this tournament so it can last long.

Shit was hardcoded. Kenny never told me. Not allie's fault.
Immediately I bitched like y do we even have this database if its hardcoded.

Iridion

just make a disclaimer like on the 18+ sites so you dont have responsability of gambling kids all around the world
