The caps used by Murder kinda indicate disrespect to me, also "Sweetie" was used instead of her name which I also see as disrespectful.
Hawk was just saying that Murder's statement was true, but it was rude and disrespectful to Selene, who was being targeted by Murder.
Hawk was just defending Selene's innocence.
