Eeeh quite good but text and border killed sig and I find it, I dunno, random. You see the right bit where it swirls? It adds some flow but you killed it at the random paint spatters which I don't see how they fit in a dramatic dragon sig.
The light coming from the top takes away some of the focus from the best part; the head.
The depth is really, really good. I'd like to see some more daring effects, though. - Is paint spatter and flower vector all you have in that armory of yours?
