Zephyrs are best to be sold to the shop =/ Actually selling Zephyrs is one of the best way to obtain gigas o.o +2 sells for 600k and +3 for 750k.  Manage to get 10 in your inventory and that's 6mil =3  That's how I got my gigas other than selling stuff.  Getting Zephyrs and Discus and selling them to the shop.
