3:How do you get Dark Surge E?
4:Is there such thing as Dark Ram E or Dark Patch E?(If so i want a pic pls)

2: You buy them.
3: You also buy them.
4: Nope.
5: Yes.

Nothing will happen.
You can't change them at all they can only stay as surge parts.
