I believe you should change the wording for your 4th point to "If you have major issues contact Admin Santa by pming him on the forums"

If you have like a tiny problem (like how to level)  you should first ask the community so mods/players can help.  

I like the tip about the DirectX I never really knew what that was until I read this ;p
