Most of the time bad PC ports from xbox / ps3 will lock FPS to 60. Most games actually made for PC wont lock FPS.

You're right and wrong. It's only super fast if a game actually uses the six cores. Some games only use two or four.

Btw ur monitor has the same res as Ross' monitor, however Ross has 2 monitors, so you can consider the res is 2390x768. Although Ross can just edit his monitor res size to w/e, as long as there is enough memory for it, ofc then it looks like crap.

I'm glad it arrived okay.  It does look like the cd drive may have popped in a little bit.  You can fix that by opening the side and just resetting the screws in place.  Bumpy ride all the way to maine i guess.

Both games and benchmarks show that a 4core can easily beat a 6core so I wouldn't go around saying multiple cores = powerful (unless the program can utilize all of your cores, which isn't usually the case)

AMD aren't "better" than Intel O_o Price/performance wise they are.
Intel have better architecture in their processors, they generally have larger caches, they have hyperthreading... they're more advanced than AMD and their chips run cooler.
A 3GHz AMD chip VS 3GHz Intel Chip, the intel will win because they do more calculations per second than an AMD chip could, only downside with Intel is they're infamous for their prices.
