when i log in it tell me my account have been locked and i need to contact a gm to unlock it whats a gm and how can i contact? plz help

I assume since its locked there is a reason, perhaps you were banned for breaking a rule.
I'm not too sure, but try sending a private message to one of our Admins.
They will inform you on why its locked.

If it says to contact a GM, just wait till you see GM Meteor online and private message him.
