You lost your gigas because you cheated in / abused stake mode in PvP. The admins took it away as punishment. Try to PM them and see if they can do anything, but I wont guarantee anything.

Admin Santa mentioned all of this in the lobby today. You probably did something, but I advise that you PM Admin Yz (because he asked us to PM him not Santa).

He also said something about duplicating gigas.
