I am really not into being offended, you have zero idea about the process.

Stake was tested to **** and back for hours on end. We had but one oversight.
And that's that we tested it all on wednesday/tuesday, without the weekend multiplier.
Seriously, **** off. Everyone has an oversight every here and there.

Eh, this.

Admittedly it was an enormous mistake but it was as easy to make as any little mistake. It was just bad luck the one oversight was so destructive.
