It's perfectly fine. If your opponent is too stupid to figure out how to stop upper spam (which everyone should know how to do by now tbh), then they deserve to get spammed as much as possible.  It isn't your job to babysit the opponent, find an advantage and make use of it before the window of opportunity closes.

Patch BvB should be avoided unless there is an equal amount of patches on both teams.

Idk, I kinda have to disagree. It's been a year or two since I last played (I think) so I'm not sure if the TA rate has increased, but if it hasn't I don't remember Patches being much of a problem. Lyfe would probably know better.

It's a lot higher now. Two patches can wreck a base even when the whole team is defending. Does Gavin remember me?

Well, it's fine when it's just one patch. You has any form of communication?!? It's more or less balanced, if the team knows what they're doing. But two patches can normally get 1-2 bars off when the whole team is defending

Ppl cant complain about pushing or arsenals but meto is banned? Meto is different from staff armor and flags that only staff can have
meto any1 can have its just pay in $ or in gigas to some1 trustable. Sounds unfair,surge with honor can do good dmg at the start of the match to 1-4 players,ik meto is more op but anyway sometimes is a question of priority, when i was using plasmo set +7 and meto i vs ppl with 168+7 set, the gigas they spended on this could be almost enough to a meto. Ban meto is like ban membership,ppl paid to be more op and honestly a lvl221 surge full t3 with honor is more op than a lvl172 with a meto, a lot more op. So why meto that is an op item aquired paying is banned and member not? Membership make players way more op than a Darkmeto. Both aquired paying. And sorry but i think that a gun like meto is totally different from using a jura, and btw jura isnt that op on flop. Meto is like a boost of dmg to ur gun, Jura is a trans that will change things not like meto that will only change dmg.
Im not saying i want member banned im saying that i think its unfair ban meto(even when i didnt have a meto i didnt complain or ban it in my rooms)

^ First of all, these rules aren't like official rules. You can follow them or not, it's your choice.
Now, most of the staff items aren't OP. The only OP thing that a staff member can have is the GM gun, that only GMs and Admins have. The staff / GM sets are worse than elektra +7 and the GM trans is even worse that lanny. Even the flags aren't really that OP. And most of us use member flags over them because of the speed bonus. But I guess it could be called OP.
"Jura isn't too OP on flop". Wut. Jura has a bigger hitbox that any other trans (maybe not codered) and is as fast as lanny. You can't run from it, you can't dodge it, and you can't block it either. There is no escape from Jura. Most of the people who have it, don't really know how to use it, but trust me, if someone that knows how to use jura plays with it, you can't run from it.
Also, Meto is the best item in the game. It may not have the highest dmg, but it has more bullets than the highest dmg gun, and according to the rules, Justice is banned as well.
You're comparing 2 different things. Meto and membership.
Somebody with membership and items like tier 3 set is way more powerful than a lvl 172. However, he can be pushed, whereas if you use meto is a totally different thing. You don't even have to get close to deal high amount of dmg to the base.

1. Choose Industrobe.
2. Keep the teams even. If anyone wants to stack the best players on one team, kick them.
3. If you get kicked, stay the **** out of the room.
4. Enter the room with Merc equipped.
5. Don't go afk.
6. Kill the afk's immediatley for being so inconsiderate to their teammates.
7. Do NOT complain about pushing.
8. Don't use II.
9. Don't use OP equipment (Kow, staff items, etc).
10. Don't use Justice or Meto.
11. DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT PUSHING.
12. Don't complain about Arsenal.
13. Say good game, gg, etc.
14. Kick anyone who complains about pushing.
15. Don't claim to be one of the top BvB'ers unless you're consistently beating other well-established BvB'ers.

To add on to number 9: Death Hunter, double blade, and possibly minitank are considerable mercs to stay away from
and i think wazzu has more of an effect then arsy

@Yz: Prob the few juras i vs on flop were nubs , like hawk said most ppl dont know how to use so this is waht prob happened.
Also member and meto are things that unbalance the game so this is what they have in common. And one of them isnt banned, unnoficially ik, but if i use a meto some ppl will kik me if rm or exit room like some ppl b4 this already did, or exited after the bvb match  cuz the enemies spammed meto.
Even this being unofficial this can change how ppl react to meto users.
Also i thought other staff armors would op cuz gun is
