Rules

• There will be a theme each week, and your signature must match the theme - Whether or not your signature matches will be decided by the hosts.
• You may only enter one signature per week.
• You may not reveal who made a signature.
• You must use your own work - Breaking this rule will result in a 4 week ban from SOTW.
• You may not use a signature created before the competition for that week has started.
• You may not have your name on the signature, or anything that could show you created it. Save the psd, and add it later.

i think "Games" theme is including minecraft, so it's pointless to host a minecraft based sotw

• Technology. For example: Computers, remotes, game controllers, televisions, etc.
• People. Actually surprised this one hasn't been done yet.
• Nature. Fairly wide-open, leaving many possibilities.
• Outer Space. Starry skies, planets, etc.
• Vertical. (see here)
• Vector.
• Patriotism.
• Prehistorical. i.e. Dinosaurs.
• Anime.
• Human Anatomy. For example: Eyes, hair, legs, hands, etc. (probably gonna end up being all women, but w/e.) Not a whole person; specific to a single body part.
• Science Fiction.
• Water. For example: Fish, streams, seaweed, etc.
• Gambling. For example: Vegas, dice, cards, etc.
• Superheroes. (yes, marvel has been done, but this is broader, and thus better.)
• Weapons. For example: Guns, swords, bows, tanks.
• Mario characters. For example: Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Waluigi, Baby Bowser. (make it broad.)
• Pop-out. May want to set a max size, so that people don't overdo the pop-out.
• Children's Television. For example: Bugs Bunny, Blue's Clues, etc.

Donkey Kong is specifically not at all a Mario character. The rest are Mario characters, but Donkey Kong could only be classified as a character that has appeared in very few Mario games as an external character.

Of ****ing course I know who Donkey Kong is. I'm a professional speed runner for DKC I and II, with 101/102%. But no, hes not a Mario character. He's as much as Mario character than Sonic is, even less.

Okay so we discussed and the conclusion is this:

This Sotw will be canceled. And.. sadly the sotw will take a little break of a few weeks.
That's pretty much it, thank you for the ideas and we will surely use them when we come back.
