It's perfectly fine.. 

DeSmuME has the same bugs as No$gba.

DeSmuME is for more higher end spec computers, so it runs games with much better graphics and has decent compatibility with the average ROM.

Whereas the no$gba emulator has better speeds, more efficient, better for the low end specs and waay better compatibility than the DeSmuME.
