The level cap for non-members is 172 and for members 221.

Whats  the Difference between member and non-member?

Double exp: Monday, 12:00 A.M. - Thursday 11:59 P.M. = 1x
Friday 12:00 A.M. - Saturday 11:59 P.M. = 2x
Sunday 12:00 A.M. - Sunday 11:59 P.M. = 3x

Also there are Tier amours and {M},{H} mode.
H mode= Harder mobs, but 2x the amount of exp.
M mode= A bit harder, but 1.5x the amount of exp.
E mode is self.

Tier Amour gives an exp boost too. {S} mode

You get coins from completing sector maps though so I wouldn't really think it's necessary to buy them.

What Does the Coins Buy, is it like the stuff you Bought white Knight with on the Acclaim Version?

You can buy coin heads, Mini Bots, Flags, Trans, Mercs, E.Fs, Wings, Guns and Active Skills II and Passive Skills II.
