i want talking about this server query
someone hacked sunshine guild member account
hacker was delect his bot too
all admin and gm are nonchalantly this server
so every one disappoining zylonstaff
and sorrowful
please make hard query passward and recover all member's account
shake a leg

How does a person get hacked anyway? Let me give you three ways that a player can get hacked:
1. The player gives a password out. Not even kidding, this IS the most common way.
2. The player downloads a trojan that logs their keys, or specifically tells you to input your details.
3. The player has a password that is extremely guessable.

The fourth way is actual hacking through exploits, but no one in the game is capable, and if they were they'd aim for accounts actually worth hacking.

In other words, we don't have to help you. It is not our duty to fix your mistakes, it is your duty to make sure you don't make them. If you **** up, that's on you. We can recover it out of kindness, but nowhere in our ToS do we make the claim that if you're hacked, we will fix everything for you. It is only our responsibility to ban the hacker so they do not hack any more accounts.

Your words are somewhat right, but I do not agree with all.
You can prove that its all their fault?
if it is Fourth case,which your answer is ?
of course I do not know the 100% of them.
they are Just guild members.
I would like to ask you.
To solve these  problem from the perspective of the customer.
i guess now hackers probably will be smiling.

we can prove its their fault from past events
almost every scam/hack that happens is that fault of the one scammed/hacked
