basically you can do
Blue>Red>Gank, now.
However you also have the option to continiue farming if you have a champ with sustain and you can't gank yet.
So yeah, you have more options than before.

atrox is pretty balanced imo , itès just his passive which is kinda annoying but yeah you can easily counterpick him

well i liked the old way of jungle better..

wolves, blue, wraiths, wolves, red, - with smite..

wolves, blue, red, gank - smiteless

now i gotta find a new way

blue (smiteless), straight to red (with smite) with both buffs you'll be level 3, sometimes you get level 3 before the laners which makes your ganks twice as scared

his W makes him OP. the lifesteal is just insane if he gets to farmed. also nobody really uses the switch on his w because the lifesteal itself is stronger then the extra magic damage.
