new shop is kinda strange imo, but i like the new items.

i don't like how most of the new items focuses on the adc

thats actually not true
the only good new item for ad carries is that one that gives you 70 att speed and fires 2 bolts at nearby enemys with each attack.

ap carries don't get that many new item :/
btw i got singed yesterday, any tips on using him?

- iceborn gauntlet
- liandar'ys torment (one of my favourite new items)
- twin shadows.

all good ap items
also they have changed old items as well, a lot of them are ap items.

i suggest building singed tanky/ap.
like abyssal scepter for MR, rod of ages/rylais for hp, sunfire/frozen heart/runduins for armor.

would boots of mobility work for singed since he needs speed for his q and ult?

boots of swiftness are better imo cause you need speed during a fight as well.
if they have a lot of cc i would rather buy mercury tho.

if u want a farming champ and good on 1v1 situation, get morde, if ur looking for a high burst get lb or veigar

imo veigar isn't very good after dfg nerfs
new items make playing support so gud
i agree with meta they could've done some more stuff with AP carries
