9/10 games i win my lane, but my team is retarded so we lose lategame because of suicides/splitting/and fighting against a to strong enemies in a 5v5 teamfight

You can't bitch when almost all my losses with urgot have been because of my team. Not calling mia, losing fb RIGHT away, ganking at the wrong time, etc. Yet I never flame my team, mostly cause I know it'll only make them do worse. Whenever someone flames me, I purposely stop everything i'm doing in-game just to reply and tell them to **** off.

Honestly i have tried different ways.
I have acted friendly and asked them to work as a team. Didn't work.
I took the lead, using chat/pings for a great teamwork, this did work but highly depends on maturity of your team and if they haven't give up yet.
Trolling, works all time but can get you banned
Starting surrender, doesn't work, even in the games with a teamscore of 0/30 they still think they can win and will report you for negative altitude (spellt wrong)
Flaming, works a few times, fun to do and will lose my stress, i mostly flame 1 specific person and then my team agrees with that this user fked it for all of us, even though we still lose it will end in a very good game which wasn't a waste of time

Well, do whatever you want. But I can almost guarantee you that I have a better wins / losses then you do.

I don't think anyone expects people to be perfect.

I expect them to call mia. If they don't the first time, I ask them to make sure that they call mia so that we don't lose our advantages in lanes. If they don't, I get a bit mad, and ask them again.

I also expect them to TRY. As in, pinging when it's important to ping, if they aren't good (which I don't mind) to play passively, and if they don't know what to build, to ask. If they do those things I don't care if they're 0-57-0. Atleast they're attempting to be better.
