It means you do more damage to monsters that are transed, such as bosses, minibosses, and players that are transed in pvp and base.

It gives more power to "transed" mobs. "transed" mobs are the mobs that have a bigger hp bar.

TA is what most people call trans bot attack. So, you can say TA or TBA, it doesn't really matter.
