just 4 of them

ex: 2mods, 2 fms

You have to kill 4 Forum Moderators or In-Game moderators over the span of the event to unlock achievement #4.

no. you can tell by the wording Selene used

she said "You must kill 4 forum mods or in-game mods"

not "You must kill a forum mod or in-game mod 4 times"

I have done lv 219 map with SnowMan and i got achievement #1 message.
I have done lv 219 map with IceKong and i got achievement #2 message.
Same for me, 23 players killed and no msg appeared with : You have unlocked achievement #3.
Same at the #4 achievement, i killed 4 moderators and no message appeared.

As long as you have killed the required amount, you will get the prizes.  I didn't add an achievement unlock message for those.
