Please try to go to

start > run

type in regedit

go to - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\N-Log Soft\Bots

then double click on Use Windows Mode, then type in 0

Press ok, then close regedit, and re-open the game. Lemme know if that resolved your issue.
