Was wondering if there were any tech savvy people here who can help me with this weird virus I seem to have. When I start my computer a process called vbc.exe starts and then this random program just called "Chat" pops up and there is no way to close it besides task manager. The program only has some thing in the bottom left with the number -2000 something, and a chat box where I can click send but I'm to afraid to type anything. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Can you think of any new programs you've installed if there is one uninstall it. I read that vbc.exe is apart of Microsoft visual studio so Idk if its a virus. If you look in your programs and see the vbc program uninstall it if you cant find in just take it off your start up. If you need help with those I will help you.

If you mean restore it to factory settings, That's not a good idea. System restore is used as a last resort if your computer is unable to be fixed... If the virus or whatever it is cannot be fixed then do system restore.

Lol, I believe that's called restoring to a back-up. Sorry for me not getting that xD

@med Yeah I know what I installed and it was a bad idea =/

@magic Thanks didnt think of that I might have to do that.

Anyway id like to thank mod rod though because I'm pretty sure I just had to disable it from starting up when I turned windows on so thanks for showing me that :3
