Member ship makes u earn 2 times as much xp as normal. U can get lvl as high as 221 except as 172 for non members. And i believe you get like 50k coins every monday but not sure about that one.

Depends on how long you plan to play. If you plan to play for a long time, get one year. It's cheaper in the long run.
