We are offering the chance for anyone to apply to be a moderator. We currently have selected one candidate and are looking for another. Please submit a well-written application with your abilities and experience. To apply, simply PM Allie.

the obvious choice is medchill in my opinion

He constantly says the right things in the right situations and has even broken up fights and stuff here on the forums with his perfectly worded posts that have more professionalism and maturity to them then a lot of the current staff put in their posts (not like that's required of staff but yea its definitely a good thing to have).

And ive seen him report rulebreakers as well and hes very active. Also hes friends with GM Materger. Its a no brainer in my eyes.

I'm shocked he hadn't already been made a mod by now.

No ones grammar is perfect but it has to be understandable. As I said before I can see where you are coming from Godz but in a Mod application the grammar should be good. It shows how much time and effort you're willing to put into being a Moderator.

With the few instances talking with Selene I didn't think she had bad grammar. Sure speaking English is probably the bare minimum, but like what med said you want someone to read what you're saying without laughing at you or having to knit pick at what you say. You also have to take into consideration that some people have their doubts and probably the large amount of people who have applied for the position. Perhaps the want to see who is more worthy between candidates? It's not something you can expedite.

Selene said they would announce the new staff at the end of June  I believe tomorrow is just the chosen cut off date for new applicants so they can choose the second mod without having to consider late inquiries.

So far all (well most) of the staff chosen have been great. I remember when Max was chosen for mod, he didn't really strike me as a person to get mod position but now has definatly earned my respect and showed me wrong. I hope the next few people picked can do the same.
