I'm making a poster for a small movie that a group of people do from our class. I made two of them; one with dissolved coulour blend and one with normal colour blend. I would like some feed back and yes i know its a bit empty but I'm going to get some photos of the characters and add them on. And also its the first time using complex photoshop stuff. I tried some random stuff before but now I think I improved a little

Personally I dislike all of it, so yeah pretty much.

some grammatical points:
"an 7t" > "a 7t"
why is there a period?
use a colon instead of a semi colon. so ":" instead of ";"


dont use lots effects on text because its just no.
try and make a poster for the project, not a poster that looks "epix". use photoshop purposefully
go look at some movie posters


i think youre in first year or second year and youve discovered a lot of photoshop effects. das gut.

I'll explain whats wrong:

The blend options on the subtext are should have a lower opactiy or just remove them totally because it looks bad and unproffesional.
The main text color doesn't look good imo because it does not blend with the background also i don't like the font you used but it does match the text.
Background does not match the lines you added, those lines look nice but try combining the background with the brushes.

How do I combine the background with the brushes? Also thanks for the suggestions

Well this was the older version of the poster. Maybe the background looks better? I dont really think so
Edit: @Purple would you mind? You keep criticizing my poster but your not telling me what I can improve on it. If you keep doing that then you may as well stop posting because those sort of posts are annoying.
