It is still the same forum. So apparently in 1 section of the forum people opinion is useless, but then suddenly it is useful. Just think about it though, The staff decides what to put in the game --- more importantly Allie decides over the staff. People saying 1 or -1 does not influence this (Allie) at all. Their opinion (good/bad without stating anything to help the topic) is useless, and thus this section follows under one the same principles as the report a rule breaker section. Just because it is a different section under the same forum does not mean that any of the morals/ rules/ views from other sections cannot be the same in this one. Also it is filled with spam and off topic, except for those posts who help out. Which means there is a basis on how this could be a sustainable section, because the initial suggestion is important simply to get the idea out, and for those who contribute into changing the suggestion into something better.
Lets look at this:

Yes, the tag was meant to be fun and confusing. Posting that does not help at or or influence Allie at all on why she should or should not add it to the game. In a sense then it is a useless post as according to the quote your opinion did not matter thus it is off topic, and thus it is spam. Posting if it a good idea or a bad idea also would not matter, as in the end it depends on if Allie thinks it is a good idea and wants to add it, or does not want to add it. While the quote was for the rule-breaker section, it simply stated, that if your post did not help, it is useless, off topic, and spam. Also since this is the same forum that moral definition of what spam is can leech it's was into other sections. If people post anything useless in any section it should also be viewed as spam, as that is what spam is, and for the overall rules on this forum, spam is not allowed. However stating something that Allie would not think of to help create this suggestion into a better one, is useful, thus not spam.
Anyways that is what the tag is meant for. Adding a little spice on this game, as well as a "fresh start" scenario. You will have to get used to fighting invisible.
