Regarding ban requests for hackers / checking log

First question is which rank of staff are able to check the logs?
Admins only, or GM's as well?

What should you do if you have very high suspicion somebody is hacking but you can't get proof.

Example: A guy level only 142 doing Juras Requirem on hard: I can see he is on the map Juras Requirem when I join the room, and there are other low levels in the room, none of them which should be able to clear it.
I also see his room going from "WAIT to PLAY to WAIT to PLAY" and so on, meaning he is doing the map(I can assume) but you can't get proof because the hacker doesn't allow you in the game.
He kicks me every time. So I only have my suspicion and assumption.

How am I supposed to report this guy?
Should it be so that ONLY if I have very good reasoning for thinking he is hacking, I'm allowed to post a ban request. Because I do realize else everybody would just be posting "pls check logs this guy hacks!!" and it would be a mess/mostly a waste of time

Ask around for another person to try join to get ss, or have an alt you can go on which is low level and join letting him into thinking your a noob, who just wants to leech levels. Then bam. You got ss's for a report.

FrozenFlame

I actually tried that, this one was a smart one. He only allowed his friends in. It was so obvious he was hacking. I even recognized the guy leeching was a previous hacker / leecher.

But yeah, else that works most of times

if u suspect a hacker but ur not sure or u don't have proof, u can either make a report or PM staff like GM Selene who is the head GM. Receiving a tip to look out for a certain player is really helpful to staff so don't think that just that u don't have screenshots doesn't mean u cant help by reporting the player. also, only admins can check logs as far as I know.

I thought about that too. And I had an idea: I just made lvl 1 acc and he didnt kick me. And that's how I got those hackers xd
Shouldn't be unmoderated so welcome back.

whats wrong with eating a sock

Selene

You can request a log check, but its very unlikely it would be checked. That's why we ask for you to try to find a way to get proof.

Alright. I understand better now. Thanks.
