Refund wtf?

Hello, I played this game like months ago.

I buyed once 3 months membership, After those 3 Months expired I wanted to Quit boutcheetah.
So i requested To stop the next 3 months membership, But the mods were to late to Decline it, So it took Money from my Bank acc.
After those 4 days they refunded the money.

Today,
I was looking in my mail and i saw some kind of transaction of Bouthcheetah?
I didn't play it for Several months or even a Year, The mods already declined The previous payment [Stated above].

I just want my money refunded AGAIN, I think this is some kind of mistake because i didn't Play boutcheetah for months or Years.

You need to stop relying on zylon gaming to cancel the payments and learn how to cancel them yourself

Membership auto renews itself, it tells you that when you are buying it

Next time, pay attention and know the details of your transactions

Hey might have been writing what he wanted to post while you were posting and didn't check to see what you wrote.His intentions were good, no need to question or worry about what he saw or did.

The reason for my post was that hopefully he realizes and doesn't repeat the same mistake again. Posting the same thing as someone else is spam and that's why its important to read the whole thread before posting. My intentions were good as well.

It wasn't Zylon Gaming's fault that you didn't stop the occurrence in time. This will have to be between you and the Admins.

Hello,

I would strongly recommend sending a PM to either of these Admins as they can help resolve your problem at the moment.  As stated above several times I would go on your paypal account and attempt to cancel it.

If you really don't want to read the guide then I'll just post the steps here.

Step 1: Log into PayPal

Step 2: Click on the tab "My Account"

Step 3: Click on the subtab "Profile"

Step 4: In that section there should be 4 options.  "Bank Accounts", "Debit and Credit Cards", "Paypal Balance", and "My Preapproved Payments".  You should then click on update in the "My Preapproved Payments" section.

Step 5: Click on any recurring payments under the name "Kenneth Paul Bullock" and you should click that name.

Step 6: Under where it says "Active" in green (approximately like 3 cm down) you should see the option to see "Cancel".

Step 7: Press "Cancel" and you should be good to go.

If this doesn't help then as I said before, I strongly recommend PMing the Admins below.

how can you possible blame kenny or allie for this... theres directions telling people how to stop the payment you just didn't follow them.

But i'm bumping this topic bcz i want my Euro's back, because i didn't play at all.
The last time this happend they gave me my money back...

It wasn't really my fault.

When i wanted to cancel it [Story at my main post], They didn't say it would be Temporary., So i thought, It has to be Perm.

If someone just can give me the money back, and i will cancel the payment [PayPal]

If an admin at Zylon Gaming said they would cancel the payment, and then didn't, then yes it's Zylon Gaming's fault and they should give you a refund. If they didn't actually say that though, then it was your fault and you should've canceled it yourself.

Either way it was incredibly irresponsible of you to not keep up-to-date with they payments going through your paypal account.

To check for fraudulent activity. Big companies get hacked every day and sometimes credit card numbers get out.

Just wondering, but did you manage to cancel the payment?
If not I can try to work with you on Team Viewer to cancel it.

That way you can log onto Paypal w/o the worry of me knowing your PayPal user and pass.
