The way you start a sky battle is weird. And it should also be able to use pokes that use fly. Raichu

Some people try so hard to get shinys (reset their game thousands of times) and have never even seen one, so I consider myself extremely lucky.

My point is that I'm trying to say that your luck was "wasted" (I guess you can say that) because they ended up giving shiny dialga as an event poke anyways.
