I was really just trolling the live chat person.  I knew he/she wouldn't be able to do anything.  I already have my hard drive prepped for the cracked windows 7.

Also, anyone wanting to downgrade even further to windows 8.1, don't do so, that completely ruined my PC.  I cannot even go to the shit start menu without my PC bsod'ing after the windows 8.1 downgrade.

Best microsoft OS? Windows 7, or XP. But seeing as XP is no longer supported and updated, w7 is the best solution.
