jack and meto jack are the exact same 

also the abundance of perm mia is still going to be high so if anything they would be around 100m to start.

I mean I got my perm mia on my first try yesterday and gave it away to med the head is more pvp orientated because of it's TA which makes it unfavorable to the lower levels where it will make no difference or can be replaced by a P EF. Unlike TD that is acquired from jack.
