Apparety it's not actually easy. They plan on removing the cap eventually, but it might be a while...

they got alot of stuff to do, as bug fixing, updates then bugs again

and finding stuff that the compunity likes to be updated /added to the game xD

Nice. But mind elaborating a bit on exactly how do you get the ''Present''?

You get the present from people who gift you candies.

Do I have this right?

Person A gives Person B a candy
Person B receives Present
Person B gives Person C the Present and gets a new Present....

yes, sorta.

Person A gives Person B a candy
if Person B receives a Present, then he/she can give Person C the present, which will have better prizes than Candy.
Person B will also receive a good item from the Present list for sending the Present to Person C.

Ohhhh, ok. Present is only a random chance in a list of items that you might get from candy.

And also, you could just keep the present for yourself? I don't see why you would if you get a present either way. Just curious...

Think about it this way: Gift = 5 candies prize, AKA     "5 Candy prize" = "Present Prize!"

Members can get 65k. Member + guild exp buff + t3

Event is decent. I'm pretty disappointed it's just like Halloween's, except you can get flags instead. Just seems it wasn't well put together and was thrown together within a few minutes. 

Along with that, my opinion on the definition of an event is; something a player receives if he/she participates in the event. the past two events had been about luck which, imo. is extremely dumb. It should be an enjoyable process for the player to do, not grind maps for hours on end to possibly get a candy, but then will most likely be scammed and prize-less.

All in all, I wish there will be a change up in the events ahead of us.

To be honest this event was planned the day before when Allie had to leave so she just thought of a quick simple event. We might have an event for New Year's to make it up.
