Those new items has their own names, so they are new items, not mods. Plus, they were released by the server, which makes them legit.
I liked that surge RT3, it's pretty awesome. But I would stay with the classic Bladium+Gem Shield+ Polar spike+Tri-plate+Mana Wings.
