Well if by "install" you mean went to download and pressed, "Download". Then yes, I did.

well if u just installed the installer for the game, that installs the game into ur computer. then u must either redownload the client, or run as admin. (just a guess for the run as admin). It happened to me on the first try too. just download it again without heaps of programs up that may corrupt the downloading.
