How did you purchase it? Through the normal panel or the trialpay site? If it's through the Trailpay site it may take much longer to be applied. Even if the transaction was on the site it can take some time for the membership to be applied. Make sure you put in the proper username if you didn't buy  it for yourself. Be patient
