Depends if you have the money to process the payment.

Where you paying by credit or you on a contract?
It may take up to 5-15minutes through phone as i remember buying some a while back when it was onebip or something i think.

Just give it 24 hours from the confirmation you got. Than if nothing has gone through pm Santa to discuss.

Kenny is Admin Santa simply send him a pm. Or i'm sure Allie would sort this out as she browse's forum's more either work's.

Click find members > Type "Santa" and/or "Allie" click the name that comes up > Write the description of the date you purchased it and what's happened in as much detail as you can provide. Then hopefully they sort it out for you .
