Your walking causally down the street, then out of no where you begin to levitate towards the sky. Unable to grab onto anything you begin to float up faster, faster!, and FASTER! You pause "open your eyes" and stare down, you are so high in the sky your eyes can't make out any building/landmarks. A minute goes by then you drop....
woah, i had the same dream..
The heat went out in my Michigan apartment on December 27th. Due to the holidays, it wouldn't be fixed for a week, and there's no way I would survive the sub-freezing weather. When I complained, the landlady said to get a space heater, and refused to help more.
I purchased an expensive one with the intention of returning it in a week. The box advertised that it was completely silent, and oscillated to warm the entire room. As a lightweight twenty four year old woman, the attendant helped carry it to my car, and assured me it was the best model he had ever sold.
When I went to sleep that night, I could feel the hot air brushing over my cheek. I couldn't remember if the heater had a humidifier function, but the breeze was saturated with moisture. Plus it smelled moldy. I'd have to remember to fix that in the morning.
The heater had stopped when I awakened, and my apartment was frigid. I could see my own breath. Irked, I found my receipt and started to box the heater back up for return. But the plastic protector was still on the metal power prongs, and the heater was unplugged.
That's when I realized that I had never plugged it in, and there were two muddy footprints at the edge of my bed. I felt my left cheek where his breath had been.
