They aren't mistakes, and it's only a warning i know for sure that RK looks into warnings on a regular basis and if he think's the person has behaved then he will remove the warning after several weeks (may be longer). Plus it's only a warning? You act like it limit's the things you can do. Just don't mess up again, and you got nothing to worry about. Or perhaps do mess up again and get moderated i'd much prefer that.

Plus nobody deserves it these days.
